Last weekend was the remodeling project for Aiden's room.. new paint, crown molding, etc. Everything was going very well, but I noticed a "spongy" spot in the floor. I decided it was time to investigate. After pulling up the laminate flooring, I found our good old friend mr H2O under the floor. Here is how it went:
